No Fees
That’s right. No fees! We don’t charge commission, admin or management fees. Bills and tenant legal fees are also covered by us with the added benefit of no tenant finding fees, no inventory fees and no management costs.
Management
Our team is responsible for managing the day to day tasks of letting a property so our landlords don't have to! We handpick our tenants to ensure we are creating the absolute best for everyone.
Freshly Decorated
Yes, you did read it right! We cover all light refurbishment and small improvement costs ourselves. This allows us to feel confident that we are providing an incredible (and almost, unheard of!) service to not only the Landlords but for the Tenants too.
